Compensation
- $25.00 – $40.00+ per hour (uncapped commission)

What You’ll Do as an HVAC Installer
- Install HVAC equipment in compliance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites to ensure proper preparation for installations
- Properly connect and test HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of HVAC lead installation experience (required)
- HVAC degree or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
